Professional and lived-experience biography

Ludwig O.M.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer · U.S. Marine Corps Combat Veteran · Author and Veteran Advocate

Ludwig O.M. served during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Since returning from combat in 2003, he has spent more than two decades navigating the long-term effects of trauma while pursuing recovery, resilience, and personal growth.

His professional experience includes serving as a Skills Trainer with Volunteers of America Northern Rockies’ Crisis Stabilization Unit, where he completed official Peer Support Training and worked alongside individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. His responsibilities included teaching practical life skills, facilitating recovery-focused groups, providing peer support, and helping individuals build stability during periods of crisis.

Ludwig does not write from theory alone. He writes from lived experience combined with professional training, creating practical advocacy and peer-support literature for Veterans, Service Members, families, and civilians facing difficult transitions.
